prices are too high for the quality a received. sapphire looks like acrylic crystal. engravings on the case back are inaccurate in places. Didn't pay much for the rep, but it could have been manufactured better. For the website in general, the team is nice but has a lot to work on regarding the website content and interface. it looks horrible. Contacting customer support is dreadful
