uncritical delay. As for the package: could be much better. the rep watch wasn't cheap, so I would prefer it to be wrapped more securely. it came in two bubble wraps, without its details being somehow fixed. so the watch was simply moving back and forth the plastic bag and could have been damaged

the website isn't clean, there's a lot of mess on it. so can't say it's highly pleasant to surf on it. might be errors during the ordering process. when I ordered, the system was indicating that there is no such user, please log in. but I was logged in. customer support-needs improvements.
