Customer support poor experience

Hello everyone,
I want to share my experience on the subject of "replica watches" and I rely on your ideas and recommendations, from those who have been in this field for a long time.
I finally decided to buy a replica watch. I fell in love with a Royal Oak and even saved some money to get a good rep. I read a lot about these watches on different blogs. I weighed all the pros and cons and decided to give myself a gift, even with the risk that I won't get what I expect (although I hope to find a responsible trusted dealer).

However, the process of buying the rep watch cannot be completed successfully. And I will explain why.

After I decided on the price and model of the watch, I started to analyze different online stores where I could possibly buy my watch. I want to do things right and buy only after talking to some representatives of the stores to make sure of the quality and technical capacity of the watch I want to buy. This is where the biggest problem appeared.

Most sites with replica watches do not respond to my emails. Many of them have a defective system for sending an email. At the first site where I encountered this problem, I thought it might be a system error. I understand, it's ok for the sites to do maintenance work and possibly because of this, I can't send emails with the questions I have to the suppliers. I decided to try to write to other stores that seemed ok to place the order. I faced the same problem. So, on 7 out of 10 sites, the system of sending an email does not work. that is, I fill in all the requested data, I try to submit my message, and as an answer, I only receive the message "Sorry, this service isn't available for the moment. Try later". THIS HAPPENED WITH 7 SITES.

It is unlikely that all 7 different sites undergo technical maintenance work at the same time. What do you think about this?

Personally, it leads me to think that the error in sending emails from the clients is a well-thought-out and intentional thing. Probably the supplier avoids talking directly with the potential buyer. The "try later" does not work because I tried to return messages a month after the first attempts. Nothing changed and I still get the "try later" message.

So, my conclusion is that the suppliers do it deliberately not to give details about the replica watches. is that because rep watches are of low quality?! Either they hope that the customer will place the order without asking for details about the watch, or they don't want to be responsible for the replica watches they send to customers.

How can I trust such sites? It took me so long to decide to buy a replica watch. and now, when I've made up my mind, I have nowhere to buy it because the stores seem very irresponsible. How can an online store not have an active email service? and this is in the context in which no other form of communication is valid on the online store.....
I'm getting more and more frustrated...

I said OK to myself, let's try to contact the online stores that offer communication via WhatsApp. What do you think? They don't answer me there either. this happened to 3 out of 5 potential dealers. So 3 of them never answered me even until now. I didn't even find the other 2 on WhatsApp. My question is WHAT HAPPENS WITH REPLICA STORES' CUSTOMER SUPPORT? I definitely refuse to buy a watch from such stores. communication with the store I buy from is very important to me. I don't trust it if I don't talk to the customer support representatives first.

Who has experienced something like this before? and why does the problem spread over an enormous amount of online stores? Where do you buy replica watches and are you sure you are dealing with a responsible dealer?

Sorry for the long post. It's just a frustrating situation that I don't understand and I'd like to know how to manage it from those of you who have been in this hobby for a long time. thanks a million, guys!!!!

so sad about your first unsuccessful experience....
first of all, u gotta know that you are doing things correctly. the fact that you did research before placing the order is a very plausible thing. possibly this helped you prevent a purchase from a scam site or from a dealer who would send you a crap rep watch of awful quality... this is what everyone who decides to get a rep this must do

as for the problem with customer support, I was lucky enough to buy from trusted dealers by recommendation and honestly I did not face this problem. but now that I think about it, I should also check the online stores from now on... what you say about defective communication makes absolute sense... I wouldn't buy from such a store either and would search on those who take responsibility for the products they offer...

all I can tell you is to continue and not to be disappointed. good dealers exist and I know precisely about this from my own experience. I can recommend stores that certainly offer good quality reps

I gave up communicating by email a long time ago. it's time and nerves lost for me. today, an online seller who does not invest in effective ways of communicating with customers is an inferior seller or who does not deserve his money for products or services...

for as long as I can remember, most of the online stores I've dealt with, and not necessarily from the rep industry, are extremely ineffective via email. they answer vaguely, cold, half-heartedly, and over 3 months after you ask them the question....
i switched exclusively to those stores that offer live chat communication. sometimes, the agents may respond late, but at least they respond, unlike email communication. maybe u shld do the same, if you haven't tried yet

what a stupid situation..... I don't understand how the only communication channel, which is through email, can be defective.... I assume it's precisely about dealers who don't really assume the quality of rep watches and don't want to stress much too hard with the customers... how low... and those via whatsapp... why create a whatsapp account if you don't answer?! (n)(n)(n)🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

not all suppliers are the same. it depends on who you hit. I do not rule out that the ones you came across are those who avoid communication with clients. but there are also stores with expert and professional relationship with the customers. the last rep watch I bought was from a store where I had enormous satisfaction from the communication. very friendly agents, open and customer oriented, and not at all pushy, which is what I hate the most. I can PM you the source so you can try it too

unfortunately the industry is full of counterfeit manufacturers who do not take this business seriously. you probably came across them... but not all of them are the same ;)

I propose to write them all in a separate tread in this forum so that-- the world knows the "great heroes" and avoids buying from them...
a dealer you can't be reached out is a warning sign and this speaks of the probability that you will never see the watch you ordered...

I better to pay a little more for the rep watch, but I buy from stores with live chat and with agents who answer my questions in real time

I have the impression that in fact, there are only a few replica factories, maybe 2-3. namely from them different dealers get supplies and sell them on. if a certain site does not bring enough sales or has negative reviews, the owners leave it to its fate and open another one to build a better reputation...

these left sites possibly are those that do not have an efficient emailing service, precisely because they no longer activate....
and yes, it's tough to find a viable replica watch website that is functional and clear from all perspectives... that's the beauty of the process....

from another perspective, I never buy expensive and too sophisticated reps, in general I have switched to quart watches for some time..., in the replica industry they are not expensive, and even if I come across one of these dubious sites, I don't feel sorry for money, because I don't spend much

I read this thread and I realize how naive I usually am... to be honest, I very rarely get to talk to the customer support operators of a replica store. as a rule, I see the available models and prices, I do research on the forums to see the opinions of other users and potential buyers. if the community confirms that the store is ok, then I place the order. at the same time, I usually buy replica watches from TDs recommended by those who trust them....

only now do I realize that I could have come across such a site that cares a sh*t for its customers and lose money in the wind....

I think that from now on I will confirm how responsible and professional replica stores are through the customer support channels... but if they really are as you say - that is, ignorant, I don't see why I should buy from them... Today, not taking care of customers and potential customers is a huge mistake

great topic!!!!! thank you @Drinky for addressing it. I thought I was the only one facing this problem.

personally, I am the customer who likes the clean and empathetic attitude of the seller. sometimes, I even allow myself to buy an expensive product from a seller who is open, empathetic, who cares about my needs. and I don't care if the price is higher. attitude matters. alternatively, no matter how good a product is, I will never buy it from a seller who does not meet my criteria of kindness, empathy, care, etc...

there is the thing with replica watches, or rather with the customer care service of the sites that sell them:
- not all of them have a professional service. many of them have cold agents, with no interest in helping potential clients;
-many of them really do not have a viable customer assistance service. email doesn't work, no one ever answers WhatsApp, and instant chats are just for "decorative" reasons
Personally, I don't see this as normal and I never buy from such a source. the customer is the one who pays for the service or product. so there must be someone PROFESSIONAL at the other end of the network to help him. if there is no one, what trust in the seller can we talk about?!

better to spend more time to find a seller with customer care service at the highest level, even if I pay more, than to ignore poor assistance. with such sellers, I'm sure that the replica watches are at the same lower level as the customer care service. or in general, it is possible that you will never receive the replica watch u buy from such sellers

I got lucky to find reliable replica sources through recommendations, and I have not had such experiences with poor customer support. but thanks for opening my eyes. for the future I will know what to draw attention to
in general, agree that the customer assistance/support service is crucial for customer loyalty and retention. and I would not buy from a store where the seller or his representatives do not answer qualitatively. It would raise my doubts about such stores

my problem with poor customer experience is not the lack of communication channels. what pisses me off is that replica store agents sell replica watches that are different from what you get in reality... this annoys me to the max. when you talk to them, they promise you the highest quality, even if it's a cheap replica watch. they show you beautiful and shiny pictures so that you think it's the most beautiful watch ever... and when you receive it, you understand how different it is from what was initially presented to you... every time, I feel like an idiot who was fooled

the worst thing is that if you try to request a refund, they tell you that it is not a sufficient reason because the watch operates and works well. and the truth is that it really works smoothly, but the aesthetic leaves a lot to be desired... but they don't consider it as a sufficient reason for a refund....

either way, I promised myself that I would buy reps exclusively through recommendations. word of mouth is the best promotion channel. and never in my life will I talk to customer support representatives again. they only artificially increase the value of the watch so that in the end you receive a complete disappointment

I also found plenty of online stores whose email service doesn't work... I simply avoid ordering from them, otherwise, how to contact them, in case you have questions about shipping or complains about the rep????

I don't trust them. I only accept those stores that offer instant chat service. and I talk a little with the specialists to understand how "specialized" they are. there are cases in which the service representatives are so rude and respond so aggressively that you don't want to buy ay watch...

so don't rush to buy until you talk to the store agents

what can you expect from an industry that is not regulated by law? each dealer can do as he pleases, unfortunately... 😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞

if we still accept to be part of this industry, I think that all we can do is educate ourselves in the matter. we cannot change many things in the replica industry. but we can change ourselves.

-DO NOT BUY REPLICA WATCHES UNTIL YOU TALK TO THE SUPPLIER DIRECTLY
-DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER UNTIL YOU READ REVIEWS ABOUT A PARTICULAR SUPPLIER TO ENSURE ITS TRUATWORTHINESS
- DO NOT BE INFLUENCED BY LOW PRICES. CHECK THE QUALITY BY ASKING FOR PICTURES!!!
That's what self-education in the matter sounds like 🤷‍♂️

+1 here
I am looking for a replica watch at the moment. I have come across at least 3 stores so far where the customer support email service is non-functional. I ban such sellers from my list and would never buy from them.

In addition, I encountered horrible customer support agents. To a set of open questions, I only received "yes/no" answers. as if the answers were roboticized by some software that had no idea what I was actually asking...

Be careful and make sure of the replica site's professionalism before placing an order!

strange that you only now realize this))
in fact, many online stores have a faulty communication service. Many dealers rely on the fact that customers will just place and pay the order without communicating anything with them) that way is simpler)

however, I admit that it is not at all customer-friendly to avoid communication with potential customers. For me, it is critical to talk at least a little with the representatives of a store. This is how I get a general impression of the dealer's professionalism. Of course, this does not guarantee that the dealer is responsible, but in any case, it minimizes the risks of a potential scam

chill))) is a common phenomenon in this industry)) many of the online stores have the same owner behind them. So, he doesn't care if people don't order from one of his sites, because they will order from another site, which is also his 😁😁😁

Yes, I agree that this creates discomfort for the potential customer, and decreases credibility. It's just that those who sell rep watches don't seem to care)

I don't think this topic is worth the fuss. Just look for those who have an effective CS service and that's it.

typical for online businesses and refers not only to the watch industry. In any industry there are professional and serious service providers, and those who make fun of customers with bad quality and substandard services. You just have to look for those who take their work seriously. I have some recommendations for replica online stores that delighted me with the attention of the agents and their naturalness. I never felt their pushy and insistent attitude. Honestly - I bought replica watches from them just because I felt good in communication. In the end, the watches also turned out to be good and of high quality. but that's not what matters. What matters is that it takes time until you find the right supplier. As long as the replica industry is not legally monitored in any way, we must understand that we must be careful and not trust anyone

lol)))) most online stores, regardless of industry, have an awful customer care service. or they answer late, or they don't answer at all, or they answer as if you were talking to a robot. I understand your frustration; i've been there.... I'm not sure if we can change much about this. the only option is to leave reviews and feedback on various independent review platforms so that other customers know about these poor services.

personally, I categorically avoid buying anything from where I do not receive a satisfactory attitude as a customer

I didn't know that dealers use such a trick of using an email failure system. I will keep that in mind

What did you expect? these guys sell fake watches... do u really expect "genuine" customer service?:DDDD no offense, but Chinese stores are not very famous for their quality customer support services... if I answer, they only speak in half, without much explanations and details. and yes, many websites do not even have a functional email service. I always say how important it is to arm yourself with patience when you want to buy a fake watch... though, I must admit that there are some TDs with marvelous customer service. you just have to look for it

yep, totally agree. finding a good rep, or any other product requires thorough analysis of all the services including the customer support one. DON'T RUSH INTO BUYING THE FIRST REP YOU FIND ON THE INTERNET! SPEA=K TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICDE FIRST TO SEE HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CLIENTS! it doesn't guarantee full satisfaction of the rep, but at least u have a pleasant customer hjourney
