the WhatsApp Chat never answers. ive been writing endlessly, never got assistance. So, had to figure out all the buying process by myself. It wasn't difficult and I placed an order successfully, but needed some technical assistance regarding rep watches and no one was there to help me with my matters
Delivery (T/A) & Packaging
delivery with a little delay; no tracking service, o was difficult to figure out when I would receive my order. ive bee writing to customer support, but, again, no answer. finally got my reps, average package. no instructions, no technical details, just the watch in a cardboard box

Product Quality
the omega was supposed to be a Swiss copy. Well, it doesn't look bad and works fine, but it's not a Swiss copy, it looks more like a Japanese one. so, it's an acceptable rep but has certain differences in its design which does not make it a Swiss copy, which should be identical.
The logo is not 3D but rather imprinted. the bezel does not have the special finish pattern as in the picture on the website. on the whole, good-working watc h but it's not a swiss by me.
the TAnk bonus is a cheap rep so don't recommend

poor cuatoemr support service, you have to figure it out all by yourself. no one is gonna assist you here. The good thing here is that there are plenty of brands available; other stores do not have nearly half of the brands that this seller offers. But, the bad part is that the reps are of mediocre quality for the price. Those that are Swiss are actually Japanese so you pay for 2 watches (the bonus one), but it's not a bonus, it's actually the price of both.
in terms of service, well, you WILL get your rep watch, maybe with some delay, but you will get it for sure. As for the quality, I wish I would have spent more time researching. or the same money, I could have gotten smth better. Mediocre seller, by me, ot sure if I would recommend it and low chances to buy here ever again
