Placed the order for a Tudor Pelagos 25600TB Deep Blue 42MM rep on Sept 25, and didn’t receive any information about it to date (Oct, 25). Tried to get in touch several times with the customer support assistants by email, since there is no direct chat. The reps confirmed that the order has been dispatched from the warehouse on Sep, 27. The piece should have arrived within 14 days, as indicated by the seller. But, it is already a month and I have no idea where my order is. No tracking system is available. Customer reps suggested I get in touch with the delivery service I opted for when placing the order. I placed it with DHL, but is it me who has to get in direct touch with it?!
No implication from customer service at all, it’s mew has to solve these issues and I don’t even know how to do it. Highly disappointed. Thought it was much easier. Lost all confidence in this company. One month delay and no response and implication at all. Awful service
