I don't know if it is correct to put these ratings. I would have liked to put a better rating, but it's already the 2nd month I have been waiting for the rep watch to arrive. I was promised that I would receive it in a maximum of 2 weeks. it's already been 2 months and nothing. the assistants say there are problems with customs. but as far as I know (I spoke with customs representatives), there are no problems. I asked for my money to be returned, but the dealer excused himself for the delay and keeps persuading me to wait a little longer. I'm already tired of waiting and reading the excuses that keep coming to my email every week. Has anyone happened to that? I already resigned...
