hello everyone
trying to figure out if I can repair my sub replica watch with. regular watch shop. my watch stopped functioning, I changed there battery my self but it didn't work, I think I need a professional look. Wondering if I can ask any repair shop to take a look at my rep, maybe they know how to solve the problem. But not sure that they deal with rep watches. any suggestions here? where do u repair your reps? Im afraid the watch repair service will tell me it does not deal with fake watches

thanks for any idea

you shouldn't worry about that... reps are watches like all the others, which work on mechanisms that muti watchmakers use. so no need to worry much. just go to any wacth repair service and ask for a consultation. after the scream, if an expert cannot help you, you will find someone else who can

I had a frederique constant rep watches some time ago. the second hand had broken down and I went to a regular repair center. the craftsman repaired it without problems. really, fake watches are not much different from regular ones, so chances are it will help you too

do you somehow expect to find a repair shop specifically for fake watches?))) you don't really have a chance to find something like that bruh)) all rep watch hobbyists get service at regular repair shops. sometimes, the craftsmen solve the rep issues without problems, sometimes they can't, depending on the issue. yours doern't seem very serious so most probably they will solve it for u

it depends on why your watch broke down, if you say you changed the battery and it didn't work, it might be something more serious. either way, you must try to see a specialist to consult you. after all, if the repair is not a solution, the craftsman can change the mechanism to something similar. the mechanisms in rep watches are not so sophisticated that it is difficult to find a suitable one... chill, you will find solutions for your problem

it starts with a consultation. depending on the issue, the repair man will tell you the options... i had an Omega CRPO with a faulty mechanism. the service would cost me about $200 at that time, as the watch needed a new mechanism as it couldn't be fixed. I thought then that I better get a new rep than repair the old one. that's what i finally did: i got a new rep instead for 250$ of which i'm pretty satified until today

i got mine to an usual watch repair shop. they cleaned it and repaired it for me without any problems. they will be somehow different from the rest of the watches, but repairmen know what to do to them to work flawlessly. try too, most likely they will solve your issue

what's the problem with going to a usual repair shop? do you think the master will sue you? 😂😂 chill, they repair any type of watches and have experience in any type of mechanism. you won't surprise anyone with your fake

the same where you repair any other watch. or what? do you think rep watches are much different from regular ones? 😂😂😂 you're wrong) there are no repair shops specifically for replica watches😁👉 just ask your repair expert if he can or not help u. he will take a look at the movement and overall construction and he will somehow invent a way to help you

out of all the 7 fake watches I've ever had, I had only one case when the repair expert couldn't help me. it was about a different and rare mechanism that he could not fix. the rest of the fakes were serviced just like all the other watches, hassle-free

as already mentioned in this thread, you should try the repair shop. even if reps might be slightly different from gens, after all, they are made of the case, internal mechanism, dial, and crown. so the concept is more or less the same) I am more than sure that your issue will be solved with the help of a regular repair center

well, not every REPAIR SHOP WILL ACCEPT FIXING A REP WATCH. I personally had similar issues with 2 of my fake watches. and the problem was not because it was difficult to repair, but because according to the repair shop, this was illegal. so, I came across very principled mechanics who categorically did not want to deal with fake watches for moral reasons.... so, there might be a little fuss with finding one

I don't own a rep watch, so I can't tell from my own experience. from what I hear from my colleagues owning rep watches, many of them service them at the usual repair shops... mechanics don't seem to have a problem with their repair
