the rep is ticking too loud. power reserve up to 32 hours. the dealer says it's up to 40 hours, which is not true

I'd fire the whole customer support department and hire professional staff. the communication wasn't a pleasant experience for me. I felt like I knew much more than them.
sales on the site are not real. the label Sale doesn't mean there is a discount or something like that. it is only placed to catch attention.
