expected a smoother finish on both watches, the finishing leaves a lot to desire. The date window on the Rolex Datejust Mother of Pearl features too large numerals. Almost all of them don't fit the date window

I decided to have two watches because there was an offer of a 40% discount during some October holidays. when I paid, the system charged the standard price, without a discount. I contacted customer support service, but they didn't solve the issue. They told me that would transmit the issue to the technical department and would solve the error by paying me back the price difference. if you do the sum, I should have received about half the price, as the discount was supposed to be 40%. after two weeks, I got 10% back from the payment. I was insistently emailing them to know why, but they never replied anymore.
NOT A BAD store, if looking only at watches and prices. But the service and the problem-solving is bad, that's why I can't recommend it
