The first thing you realize when you open the store is that it has various brands available. Therefore, this site is not one of those that offer Rolex replicas exclusively. For me, it’s not the best option, since I always know what watch I need and don’t find the tens of brands necessary.
The homepage
The main page of the site is full of dark colors, a lot of pictures, presentations of some watches, and CTA banners. The feeling that the homepage generates to me is a feeling of dynamic and energy. It contains “moving” sections and this brings the page to life. On the other hand, I got a feeling of fatigue within some minutes due to the dark colors including black, dark brown, dark blue, etc. The homepage background is black. In addition to this, the presented watches also come in a darker shade of black. Even the blog page is black, while the content is grey. Such a color combination impairs the reading process. I wanted to stop my reading since it seemed tiresome to me. By the way, the blog content hasn't been updated since 2017 (the last posted article). As a result, there is a feeling of heaviness while exploring the interface and the content seems to be out of date.
The pictures of the banners seem to look nice. They are qualitative and expressive. But, again, I wish they were brighter in colors to “light up” the homepage a little bit.

Some reviews seem to be authentic, while others seem to be fake and are written just in order to convince new customers. But again, it’s just my personal feeling and my opinion can be considered subjective.

Further on, we see that there is 24/7 online support available and the store assures a security payment. At least, these are the main clickable messages that we get from the highlighted column on the homepage.
But...
I clicked on every segment to discover more, especially about the free shipping and the special gift, but the clickability is not functioning. This means that even though these sections are clickable, accessing them leads you nowhere. Unfortunately, I found no additional information about the potential gift I could receive.

Every brand from the main menu bar opens up with its watch collection. Rolex, for instance, comes with 12 collections. Breitling as well. The Bulgari section includes 6 brand collections. Cartier also proposes 12 series, similar to the Rolex and Breitling. You can discover the names of the collections only by placing the cursor on the selected brand. As far as it seems, pulp.tc does not only have a lot of brands available in stock, but also a lot of collections. This is an advantage of pulp.tc. Customers have a large array from which to choose a suitable timepiece.
As for the prices, they are also extendable. Depending on the model, the prices vary between $130- $1,300. As far as it seems, the store offers different types of quality, from Chinese to Swiss, including the Japanese segment. Unfortunately, you can’t filter a watch according to the type of movement to see the price difference. You can just browse the listing with watches and open the one which seems to be attractive to you. Another thing that I find inappropriate is the very small description for each watch. The site doesn’t look convincing, especially when it’s about the $1,300 watches. The tiny description for these watches makes me feel like they aren’t worth such a price.
Returns and refund policies
As every customer wants to know his rights, I wanted to find out what the return and refund policies are. Unfortunately, there was much to find out since these pages are missing. The only piece of information regarding the Orders and Returns leads me to a page where I have to fill a form with certain details and submit my request.
In my opinion, it’s not a good idea to leave the customers without a refund and return policy available on the site. It puts under question the reliability of the store and I would be skeptical about ordering from this store.
Conclusion
Definitely not the most surprising site I have come across. Its advantages consist in the wide variation of brands available along with their collections. The navigation speed is ok, I had no problems with it. The banner pictures from the homepage look nice, despite the “hard” background.
The shortcomings include the lack of Refund stipulations. The store seems evasive regarding its responsibility because of that. In addition, I would like to see a specific description of the watches, especially the expensive ones. And please, fix the clickable links that are not clickable at all!
Guys, always check the veracity of one or another store. You can do it via the top-rated stores, or any other tool. But always prevent potential frauds.
