the communication is without any interest towards the customer. it seemed to me that the assistants haven't even the tiniest interest to sell me the watch. only short answers, in a cold and indifferent manner

the watch has trouble with precision. when I wind it, the hands barely move. the design leaves a lot to desire. I think the manufacturer screwed it up with the design. the hands are too black and I have to look endlessly at the watch face to read the time properly. hands are like invisible on the black dial

the seller offers the watches at a too expensive price. even with the discount of almost 50% shown on the site, the price is too high for the quality of the watches. customer service has no interest in clients. the store is safe, from a technical point of view. safe transaction and stuff. but, for me, as a client ready to pay some more cash, I'm not satisfied with the quality I got.
