very difficult communication, thought I was never gonna get an answer to my questions, assistants don't know much about the products they sell and I barely got some "yes and no" to my questions. nice people, but to qualified to assist professionally. I guess customers probably know more about rep watches than they do, so not very helpful

I received by watch broken. I don't know whose fault it is, either the seller dispatched it already broken or the delivery service wasn't careful enough. either way, the packaging is poor; it wasn't safe enough to protect the watch from damage

the first thing that attracted me here are the affordable prices. sadly, low prices mean low quality. the watch came damaged and i can't even repair it. it is too fragile, the materials too simple without density and tightness. I think very cheap materials and parts were used, in some places plastic instead of ceramic, in some places aluminum instead of metal

the seller offers very attractive prices for imitations. but unfortunately, it does not have a comfortable refund and return policy for customers. the website is easy to navigate, it is quite simple to find the necessary product and the variety of watches is quite large. but if you're looking for quality - you won't see it. there are high chances that you will receive a broken product and no one will help you get your money back. unfortunately, you don't have such services and quality as on Amazon, so sorry that there are no replica watches there, I think I wouldn't have had such problems
