Review Detail

I would have liked to do a more detailed review and a more positive one, but I can't because I simply did not receive my rep. it's already been a month and a half since I've been waiting for it. I placed the order easily, the watches seem to be ok for the price and quality. also, the staff was very attentive and helpful and promised me that I would receive the order in 2 weeks. 1 month and a half and I'm still waiting.
I wrote to customer support, they keep telling me that they will check and come back with an email as soon as they find out what went wrong. but every time, no representative of the customer support department ever comes back.

according to tracking, I am told that the rep is on its way. but it never reaches me. I also called the post office, but they confirmed that I don't have any order on my name... it seems that I will be left without my rep
