disappointed. wanted the watch as a gift and got a crashed piece. the most painful was the return process. assistants would blame me for mishandling the rep, and suggesting the it was my fault, even if I took and sent the pictures right away after receiving it.
the dealer Doesnt' stay true to its return policy and you will have to prove the damage in all possible way. like if the rep was 1K4. but it's a cheap one, so I dont know why should the dealer make such a fuss from the process. I had to write them every single day to remind them about my case and my refund. the dealer was like ignoring all my requests
