the stuff is nice and answers my questions quickly. But the problem is that the customer support representatives didn't help me much in my problem. I was looking for a certain watch model and the stuff doesn't know what they have or don't have it in store. In addition, it does not know details about the quality and technical specifications of the replica watches. So, friendly, but not very helpful

I received the watch in a cardboard box. It had every detail wrapped in protective plastic, but it was somehow not fixed to the box. During shipping, it was moving chaotically through the box and could have been damaged.

the watch does not look as shown in the pictures. The cyclop lens does not enlarge the date window at all. The crown is thicker than it should be. The markings on the dial are well processed, but they do not correspond to the sizes on the authentic watch. The dial plate lacks the transient matte texture, and looks more like plastic.
The good part: good lume brightness, good diameter. Too light weight tbh, though. It works ok

this is a store exclusively for rolex imitations, so don't look for other brands because they are not available. support service leaves room for better, I mean, you can talk about anything with the agents, but they are not trained in replica watches. They don't know details about the technical side, what kind of mechanism, water resistance, etc... I had no problems with the payment. The delivery also leaves room for better as the watch came late.
The variety of watches is so-so, you can find other sources with a wider variety of rolexes. In addition, the quality of the reps is also far from ideal. I mean, a new in the field might not notice the flaws, but there are a lot of them for a connoisseur. In short, a true watch enthusiast will not be impressed by this site

I hate to leave bad reviews but I have nothing else to write about this customer service. persuasive, negative, delayed response, and instead of explanations, I only received links to random Google articles to inform myself. felt like I was guilty for asking questions about the rep watches this seller sells

crumpled packaging, as if the package had been chewed by someone. I'm surprised how the watch remained intact and arrived without defects. but the packaging leaves a lot to be desired

the rep is not bad, but I have the impression that it is not aaa-grade, but only an a-grade. instead of a sapphire crystal, I have a mineral glass. or at least that's how it looks because it has a poorer transparency than the watches with genuine sapphire crystal. the magnifying lens from the date aperture does not increase the date, or maybe it increases it but very little and not like the gen one. Lume brightening... well, I expected more. I was told it's superluminova, but it's the most ordinary lume possible. it shines weakly and the light lasts a little. I think the rep is overpriced

I do not recommend, with all due respect. the staff is unprofessional, they make mistakes in the back office and you may receive the watch in a month if you don't remind them.
delivery is poor and there are high chances that the rep will arrive defective due to the unsafe package. the prices are attractive - I admit. this is what attracted me to this seller, but the quality is not at all high as the seller claims. reality does not coincide with the promises on this store. so don't expect much from here because you will be disappointed like me

I can't give customer support a higher rating because they never answer LITERALLY. I wrote dozens of times, both before placing the order and after to find out details about the delivery. even today I have never received any answer.
I had to place the order myself, I succeeded because I have experience. but an average customer without knowledge will have difficulties because there are too many twisted steps in the order process

working well. I had no problems with winding. it does not stop. it seems that the mechanism is ok. the only thing that bothers me is that it's ticking out too loud. aesthetic condition: acceptable. mediocre finish, no luster on it. markings seem correct. push buttons not firmly attached to the case. I have the impression that they are too loose and I don't even use them so as not to damage the watch. for $700 I think it should be tighter.

the benefit of the store is that it has many rolex models, but only rolex, and no other brand. the dealer has fairly new models that you can hardly find in other stores. but the assistance is zero. it is like a self-service store where no one is there to help or inform you. so, i got my rep with closed eyes literally. I'm glad that at least I received my watch and I didn't lose the money. but, for this price, the quality of services is very low.
