Ordered a Rolex Datejust 36 jubilee blue dial stick markers 904 steel 18k white gold fluted bezel swiss rep. talked to the sucker service and told it was critical for me to get it as soon as possible because it was a gift for my father anniversary. CS told me to opt for the express delivery to get it sooner. A paid for the watch and paid for the express delivery within 7 days. 7 days passed and I didn’t get the watch. I contacted the dealer, he apologised and told me that the watch was already out of stock. Is that normal? I just told, IT WAS A GIFT. How could the dealer be so irresponsible? I canceled the order, got my money back soon, but I could not give the watch to my dad at his anniversary. Bought the model from another dealer and gifted it 2 weeks later. I usually don’t write negative feedback, but this dealer disappointed be in a very important circumstance. Awful service, terrible service!
