decided to take a Bell & Ross replica from here. Was so naive in thinking it would be a responsible store. Technically, the site runs slow, very slow. Impossible to place an order on the first attempt. Needed 3-4 attempts until I made it. No email confirmation, no nothing. Customer support is simply inexistent, nobody ever answers. I was charged for the order and waited for I week and nothing, absolutely nothing. After that, I wrote to PayPal complaining about the vendor and luckily received my money back.
Now, I'm trying to access the store, but it doesn't even open.
