very difficult. I had the impression that the assistants knew neither the language nor the specifications of the watches I was talking about. the orderign process took me forever because the platform is not technically prepared to receive orders. it always showed me errors and I had to fill the order several times in a row

too lightweight, horrible markings and engravings on the dial, with huge spaces between letters and not careful manufacturing. no professional brushing, no polishing. after 3 weeks, the bracelet started to look red between links. I suppose it's because I used the watch in water, but the dealer told me it was waterproof

awful service, awful products. don't buy, even if the watches seem good and the prices attractive. I'm sorry that I didn't have the patience to look for another dealer as this one gave me a lot of headaches. very cheap reps in terms of material and functioning. service?! - no, it's not a customer service. very heavy online atore, w ith difficulties in ordering, in a word, you'll get nervous, frustrated and disappointed with this dealer. can't believe such awful services still exist

the agents seem poorly trained in the products they sell. very difficult to answer questions about functionality, movement, materials, water resistance, etc... the answers are vague, unclear, and I had to receive the watch to understand what it actually represents

I received the order within promised terms, in 13 days or so. however, I was slightly disappointed with the package. I was expecting those packages with papers and stuff for the money I paid. i mean, i know papers have no value, but it would be a nice aesthetic bonus. average package with protective film on components with plenty of fingerprints on it

superluminova is not as bright as it should be; at least it doesn't last long in the dark. waterproof tested 300 meters is a myth; i've tested it at a repair shop, it wisthstands 50 meters hastlle free which is good, but it's not 300 as promised
real moissante diamonds, as the dealer says- are actually not real. I've checked it with experts in the field. movement precision is promised to be 3/+3 sec per day but in mine, there are more precision errors.
on the whole, looks well, works acceptable, BUT does not match what the seller promises and is a bit too expensive

- fast order process, I had no problems with placing the order.
- acceptable quality and aesthetics
- great website. idk if all the info there is true, but at least, it looks nice

-packageing should be better; watches cost over $1k, don't customers deserve a better looking package?
- the technical specifications of the products do not correspond to what the dealer promises

Ordering was easy and questions have been answered within 24hrs.

Packaging was sufficient but they wrote the address wrong and the parcel went back. It took lots of mails (they asserted it was not their mistake) and ca. 8 weeks to get it. Once the parcel was in my hands I saw, it was clearly their error because only the street name without number is not sufficient for the parcel service.

From the outside the watch looks exceptionally good and real. The weight seems to be close to the original.
It is always a pleasure to look at it.
But from the start the crown didn't work exact and smooth. The two positions are not clearly separablly and when winding was necessary I usually twisted the date dial. I also had a little residue of polystyrene on the dial and this probably moved into the movement.
Claiming this to the shop I just received really dumb answers - they just gave a runaround and lame excuse but no solution.
My conclusion: wonderful to look at, but crap inside.

I don't understand why the store registered a good rating on other platforms. Unfortunately, I didn't receive my watch, I ordered it 2.5 months ago, it was supposed to be a gift for my sister. I was left without a gift, without money, and without an explanation as to why I did not receive my order. To all the messages I sent to customer support, I received only one answer: "soon you will be contacted by a deepreplica representative" and no one has ever contacted me. dissapointed

I don't like to leave negative reviews, but I think that other buyers should know about the service of this dealer. BE CAREFUL with this store!! the assistants will do their best to convince you to buy a replica watch! they will be pushy and persuasive, and they will promise you a lot! In the end, however, you will be disappointed by the absolutely mediocre quality of the replica watches!

the delivery was faster than promised. but that is the merit of the delivery service, and not of the replica watch seller. as such, I put 5 stars for the courier service and 1 star for deepreplica. the watch was packed in the most horrible way. just some film in several layers. the watch only had a protective film on the dial. the one on the bracelet and the clasp came off and you could see traces of fingerprints on it. that is, it was clear that those who packed the watch for delivery did not even bother to apply the protective film efficiently

the rep came with the wrong dial detailing. the space between the 12-hour marker and the ROLEX sign is larger than it should be. the orange hand is too orange. the authentic model has it in a lighter tone. mine is more like bright brown. the superLuminova that was promised to me looks more like a regular Lume coating because it lasts relatively little for a watch over 1k. That is, if the watch would cost around $350, I would have no objection. but for 1k +, I had much higher expectations

this replica watch site attracts you through its home page. lots of explanatory information, detailed icons of the watches and many explanations about how replica watches are made. looks very convincing. BUT WHEN YOU START talking to the sales agents, you feel your personal space violated. they are pushy and very persistent, until you submit the order. then, when you object to the watch you received, they either don't answer or ignore the messages you send them.
money thrown away. my 1k watch is no better than a $300 one. so don't waste your money and look for alternatives. in addition, the way the seller packages the watches increases the probability that they will reach you in a damaged condition. luckily, I received mine safe and sound, but I'm not sure that they all reach the customers the same way

I decided to order a Rolex Milgauss myself. It took me a long time to decide to get a rep for more than 1k USD. But I decided in the end. Everything seemed beautiful at first. I was successful, the assistants gave me very kind and friendly advice throughout the process. I waited for the watch for 4 weeks, when the assistants assured me that I would receive it in no more than 2 weeks. After 4 weeks, I received a watch from the Explorer series that was not even similar to the Milgaus that I wanted. I requested a refund because I wanted to wait another month to receive the cess. My refund was refused. The assistants told me that if the cess is not damaged then I cannot get the money back. Just change it. I had to wait another 5 weeks until I received the replica cess that I wanted. Mediocre quality, nothing like a 1k watch. Totally disappointed with everything, both the assistance and the rep

Ordered a Rolex Datejust 36 jubilee blue dial stick markers 904 steel 18k white gold fluted bezel swiss rep. talked to the sucker service and told it was critical for me to get it as soon as possible because it was a gift for my father anniversary. CS told me to opt for the express delivery to get it sooner. A paid for the watch and paid for the express delivery within 7 days. 7 days passed and I didn’t get the watch. I contacted the dealer, he apologised and told me that the watch was already out of stock. Is that normal? I just told, IT WAS A GIFT. How could the dealer be so irresponsible? I canceled the order, got my money back soon, but I could not give the watch to my dad at his anniversary. Bought the model from another dealer and gifted it 2 weeks later. I usually don’t write negative feedback, but this dealer disappointed be in a very important circumstance. Awful service, terrible service!
