CS told me to opt for the express delivery to get it sooner. A paid for the watch and paid for the express delivery within 7 days. 7 days passed and I didn’t get the watch. I contacted the dealer, he apologised and told me that the watch was already out of stock. Is that normal? I just told, IT WAS A GIFT. How could the dealer be so irresponsible? I canceled the order, got my money back soon, but I could not give the watch to my dad at his anniversary. Bought the model from another dealer and gifted it 2 weeks later. I usually don’t write negative feedback, but this dealer disappointed be in a very important circumstance. Awful service, terrible service!
